2 of My Favorite Etsy Shops

I've become obsessed with the Japanese art of rubber stamp carving. I love how simplified the designs are. I've purchased several books on the subject. Even though the books are in Japanese, the images speak for themselves.

I purchased several of the books on etsy.com. Here's 2 of my favorite shops to find these book at...Pomadour24 and This and That from Japan. The shipping from both shops was quick (considering they're coming from Japan!). The book above is the first one I purchased.

Magnet Sets

I've been plugging away at getting new items listed in my etsy shop. Above are a few examples of the hand drawn, hand painted magnet sets I've been creating. I outline them in black ink and then fill them in with either colored pencil or watercolor.

Daily Dose of Kawaii

What's Kawaii? It's Japanese for cute or cuteness and applies to, well, just about anything that's cute. BTW, it's pronounced ka-why-ee - like Hawaii only with a K.

My Etsy Shop Back Up and Running

I love etsy! Who doesn't. And I finally have TagsOnBags back up and running. I've listed a few new items tonight - one of which is the cupcake tree pocket mirror shown above. It's hand drawn and hand colored.
